•Handle inbound/outbound calls professionally and efficiently•Provide excellent customer service and resolve inquiries•Document and update customer records accurately•Collaborate with team members to meet performance goals•Strong communication skills•Customer-focused with a positive attitude•Ability to multitask and problem-solve•Previous call center experience is a plus.Location: Makati / BGC Taguig, PhilippinesWork Schedule: 5 days a weekBase pay: 23k – 25k (Based on qualifications)Additional Bonuses will be discussed after hiring (UP TO 80K COMMISSION)CAN START ASAP
