Customer Support Associate

Job Description:

SM Investments Corporation is seeking a part-time Customer Support Associate to join our team in Pasig, NCR, PH. As an Associate Level role, the ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in customer support or a related field. We are looking for individuals who are resilient, reliable, and possess strong communication and persuasion skills.

Responsibilities:- Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner- Provide excellent customer service by addressing and resolving customer issues and complaints- Assist customers with product information, order processing, and problem resolution- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and retention- Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers

Requirements:- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred- Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer support or a related field- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work well under pressure and handle stressful situations with poise- Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer service software- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
