Job Description:

SM Investments Corporation is seeking a passionate and resilient Customer Support Assistant to join our team in Taguig, NCR, PH on a part-time basis. As an Associate level role, we require a candidate with at least 3 years of experience in customer support or related fields.

Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer support through various channels including phone, email, and chat- Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer problems- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation- Assist in developing and implementing improvements to the customer support process- Stay up-to-date on company products and services to provide accurate information to customers- Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions or alternatives- Uphold a high level of customer service and professionalism at all times

Requirements:- Proven experience in customer support or a similar role- Strong communication and negotiation skills- Ability to adapt to changing situations and problem-solve effectively- Passion for helping customers and delivering exceptional service- Resilient in the face of challenging customer interactions- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer support software- Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with colleagues- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
