Customer Success Representative - Remote Work

Job Description:

Kumu is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Success Representative to join our team on a part-time basis. This position will be remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home in Cebu, Central Visayas, PH.

Responsibilities:- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through proactive communication and support- Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries and issues- Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience- Advocate for customers within the company to drive product improvements and enhancements- Monitor customer accounts and proactively reach out to prevent potential issues- Assist with onboarding new customers and provide training and guidance as needed- Track and report on key customer success metrics

Requirements:- 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role- Driven and reliable with a strong work ethic- Strong analytical skills and emotional intelligence- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively- Proficient in technology and comfortable learning new tools and software- Bachelor's degree preferred
