Job Description:

Xepto Computing is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Success Officer to join our team on a full-time remote basis. As a Customer Success Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the satisfaction and retention of our clients through proactive communication and support.

Responsibilities:1. Build strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and goals.2. Provide timely and proactive support to troubleshoot issues and answer questions.3. Conduct regular check-ins with clients to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement.4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.5. Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.6. Develop and maintain a strong knowledge base to support customer inquiries.7. Assist in the onboarding process for new clients and provide training as needed.

Requirements:1. 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role.2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.3. Ability to think critically and problem-solve efficiently.4. Resilient and adaptable mindset to thrive in a fast-paced environment.5. Experience working remotely and managing time effectively.6. Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred.
