Details of the offer

1. Overall responsibility of perfect implementation of all client payroll rules2. Stay updated on changing DOLE rules and updating the software accordingly3. Runs payroll for clients.4. Develop Excel back-ups for calculation.5. Automate payroll on the HCMS for all current clients6. Handles existing and new client's data migration.7. Ensure successful On-boarding and Implementation of our Human Capital ManagementSoftware (HCMS) for all Clients8. Work with other teams internally and at client's end to ensure roadblocks are getting resolved9. Define the project plan for each implementation and ensure all timelines are met10. Interact with clients including site visits for implementation and maintain a good rapport11. Ensure timely resolution of all client concerns post implementation12. Promotes client loyalty13. Obtain understanding of client payroll rules and policies during implementation.14. Calibrate with the client on how each rule and policy is to be applied using historical payrollcalculation by the client.15. Highlight any discrepancies in historical calculation to the client.16. Confirm the client rules can be deployed in the software.17. Highlight any customization request by the client.18. Cross check automated payroll with Excel calculations.19. Provide ongoing support to client.20. Such other duties as may be designated or assigned by the Company as may be made known toyouQualifications:1. At least 2 years experience as Customer Success Officer in a Software as a Service Companyleading at least 5 Implementation Analyst2. At least 2 years experience in software Implementation3. At least 2 years experience in calculating payroll for multiple clients.4. Knowledge of updated DOLE rules.5. Advance MS Excel Skills.6. Willing to travel for business trips to meet clients7. Strong analytical and planning skills8. Good communication and presentation skill
