Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team at Investagrams in Cebu, Central Visayas, Philippines. As a part-time Associate Level role, the successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers to ensure their success with our products and services.

Responsibilities:- Develop and implement strategies to drive customer success, satisfaction, and retention- Onboard new customers, provide product demonstrations, and assist with any technical issues- Proactively reach out to customers to understand their needs and offer solutions to maximize their use of our services- Provide training and support to customers to ensure they are utilizing our products effectively- Collaborate with other teams such as sales, marketing, and product development to address customer needs and feedback- Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement- Create and deliver regular reports on customer success metrics and key performance indicators- Act as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries, issues, and escalations

Requirements:- 5 years of experience in customer success or a related field- Hardworking and resilient with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction- Innovative thinker with excellent emotional intelligence skills- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Proven track record of building and maintaining customer relationships- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
