Job Description As a Customer Success Associate, employee is a key member of the customer success team, responsible for ensuring internal and external customers receive exceptional service and support throughout their journey with the company. The primary focus will be on building strong relationships with both internal and external customers, addressing their needs, and maximizing their satisfaction with our products or services.
