Handles combined Satellite and Telecommunication Billing Information
Probe and discover the needs of the customer and recommend the appropriate service using features and benefits
Meet sales quota and service objectives in a fast paced call center environment
Consult with customers to recommend and sell a variety of products and services to meet the customers’ needs
Provide customers with a positivesales and serviceexperience
Adhere to IBEX Global Philippines company policies and work standards
Candidate must beat least 2 years college undergraduatein any field (no back subjects)
If not, at leasthigh school graduatewith minimum of6 months call center experience
Preferably with Customer Service and Sales Experience
With excellent English communication skills
Preferably with sales experience (upselling or cross-selling)
Has the potential to perform in a strong sales-driven environment
Can drive sales while maintaining excellent customer experience
Background in handling a multitasking account is highly desired
Willing to work on a flexible shift schedule
