Details of the offer

RESPONSIBILITIES: Negotiate payments to ensure a prompt settlement Organize and manage workflow to ensure designated accounts are actioned appropriately and payments arrived on time
Conduct daily activities aligned with the account process and procedure guidelines
Registering the collection status and regularly monitoring, obtaining and updating the information related to the collection object
Ensuring accurate documentation of records and reporting of daily activities
Providing good customer satisfaction
Actively completing tasks and work requirements assigned by client and superiors

QUALIFICATIONS:
With industry and/or sales and customer service experience
Required skills: Good communication and written skills, strong logic ability, familiar with various computer and Office software
Able to independently problem solve, effective multi-tasking ability, attention to details , time management skills, able to prioritize high level of motivation and flexibility.
Able to apply common sense/ understanding to carry out detailed written and oral instructions
Experienced with finance and collection is a plus.
