Job Description:
Handle customer queries, account verification, disconnection requests, and the like. Maintain company standards during recorded calls in order to ensure high quality service. Provide support and reassurance to customer and resolve any concerns. Makes customers and their needs a primary focus of one’s actions. Minimum Qualifications:
