Responsibilities:

Excellently comprehend and communicate information to B2B (corporate clients) and B2C (policyholder customers) when it comes to their accounts.
Ensure good quality in customer experience and client services management for long

lasting and beneficial relationships.

Exhibition of problem solving and resourcefulness for client and customer concerns.

Time management and productivity efforts for optimal operations.

Accepting simple tasks and requests such as change of home address and contact number as well as redirecting phone calls to other departments.

Responsible in creating and maintaining a strong collaborative team and customer working relationships while providing excellent customer service.

Document and track significant participant discussions or complaints.

Minimum Requirements:

College graduate of a 4 year course or 2 years in college with at least 1 year of BPO or customer-centric role experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Standard qualities of adaptability, communication, solution focus, excellence, and collaboration.

Background in Finance is a plus! (Education, Training, Job experience, Account experience considered)
