A Construction firm out of Phoenix, AZ looking for a Customer Service Representative for our steadily growing remote team.Shifts are from 10pm-10:00am Philippine Time, 3 days a week.Primary responsibilities will include answering the main company line, reaching out to Clients to perform intakes, and assisting field technicians & Project Managers as requested with scheduling/various tasks.Qualifications for CSR:- 1+ years in Customer Service- 1+ years experience in Construction or similar field a strong plus.- Have impeccable English.- Detail-oriented.- Can show up on time and answer all calls during the shift in a kind professional manner- Can think on your feet and respond to Client questions based upon the information you have available.- Be able to handle difficult calls with angry clients collecting the necessary information- Has the ability to build rapport & know how to empathize with clients, if needed.- System & Tech-Savvy to understand workflows.- Ability to gain or have a basic understanding of Construction.- Strong internet connection.Pay: Php21,800.00 - Php26,200.00 per month**Benefits**:- Pay raise- Work from homeSchedule:- 12 hour shiftSupplemental Pay:- Performance bonus- Quarterly bonusAbility to commute/relocate:- Naga City, Camarines Sur: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Education**:- Bachelor's (preferred)**Experience**:- Customer Service Representative: 1 year (preferred)**Language**:- English (preferred)
