Customer Service Representative

The customer service support representative is responsible for the following tasks:- Perform outbound physician office/facilities scheduling to retrieve medical records for various purposes such as Medical Record Review and Medical Abstraction.Take in calls, resolve/assist concerns; transfer calls if needed.
