Job Position: Customer Service Representative (CSR) Location: Clark, PampangaSetup: Office-basedJob DescriptionCSR is a motivated and customer-focused individual with a passion for the cargo industry. CSR will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients, handling inquiries and resolving issues related to cargo shipments, and ensuring smooth and efficient operations. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, complaints, and requests related to cargo shipmentsCoordinate with internal departments, including operations and logistics, to ensure timely and accurate delivery of cargoProcess orders, track shipments, and update customers on the status of their cargoResolve issues and discrepancies related to shipments, including delays, damages, and missing itemsProvide pricing information, quotes, and assistance with booking cargo shipmentsMaintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and inquiriesCollaborate with sales and marketing teams to promote services and generate new business opportunitiesStay up-to-date on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to provide the highest level of service to customersRequirements:Bachelor's degree preferredWith at least 1 year of experience related to the job descriptionStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentBasic knowledge of financial regulations, reporting standards, and industry best practicesHaving a solid understanding of cargo handling procedures and regulations is considered beneficial.Benefits:Competitive salary and allowancesHealth insurance benefitsOpportunities for career growth and development Join our team and help us deliver exceptional service to our customers every day!
