• Enter new customer information into the system• Explain procedures, answer questions, and provide information to clients• Sell additional services by recognizing opportunities to up-sell accounts and explaining new features• Provide answers to clients by identifying problems, researching answers, and guiding clients through corrective steps
Requirements
• Customer service experience in any industry is a plus but not required• Previous customer service background is also a plus• Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply• Average to advanced written and spoken English• Average to advanced knowledge in web navigation• Amenable to shifting schedules including NIGHT SHIFT• Day shift is also available
