Customer Service Representative

Job Description:

Cropital is seeking a confident and resourceful Customer Service Representative to join our team in Cebu, Central Visayas, PH on a part-time basis. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required, making this an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to kickstart their career in customer service.

Responsibilities:- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate responses via phone, email, or chat- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and efficient manner- Coordinate with other team members to ensure excellent customer service delivery- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions- Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate channels- Assist in developing and implementing customer service policies and procedures

Requirements:- Confident and resourceful personality traits- Strong cooperation and persuasion skills- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities- Ability to work effectively in a team environment- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems- High school diploma or equivalent
