Responsibilities• Assist customers with inquiries and concerns• Provide information about products or services• Resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner• Maintain a professional and positive demeanor• Utilize communication skills to interact effectively with customers• Follow company guidelines and protocols• Document customer interactions accurately• Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction• Handle a high volume of incoming calls or messages• Stay knowledgeable about company offerings to better assist customers.Qualifications:• At least 18 years old• High school Graduate, Senior Highschool Graduate, College level, College Graduate or vocational graduate• Good English Communication Skills• With At least 3 months of experience• Patience and empathy when dealing with customers• Basic computer proficiency• Ability to handle stress and remain calm under pressure
