They serve as a primary point of contact between the company and its customers, representing the company's values and commitment to customer care.Responsibilities and DutiesConnect with our viewers/clients to build relationship, provide excellent customer service and create raving fans for businessCreate a genuine connection with our customer/viewers, identify customer concerns and needs proactively respond to them.Complete resolve customer/viewers concerns and in most cases ensure that such concerns are resolved.Provide feedback and help escalate customer concerns in a timely manner significant to customer service executives.Follow-up and escalate resolution actions related to unresolved issues.Stay up to date on all relevant company updates information.Additional assigned duties and tasks may be required as needed.QualificationsExceptional Verbal and written communication skills..At least 1 to 2 years work experience as a customer representative in a BPO.At least High School graduate or college level/graduate or undergraduate will doWilling to work full time and in a shifting and/or night shift schedule.Computer savvy and with good web navigation skillsWilling to work onsite and can start ASAP.Ability to work effectively under pressure.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Perks of Working With Us!
