Customer Support Agent

**Duties and Responsibilities**:- Respond and handle customer inquiries on all online and mobile platforms.- Provides new and existing customers with the best possible service in relation to inquiries, service requests, suggestions, and complaints.- Communicate and coordinate with colleagues accordingly.- Addressing and resolving client complaints.- Keeping comprehensive records and creating reports on customer interactions / inquiries / complaints.- Ensuring overall satisfactory and professional customer support.- All other related tasks as directed by the Management.**Job Requirements**:- Excellent English communication skills is a must.- At least 2 years working experience in Customer Service role.- Required Skills: Customer Service, Computer skills**Job Types**: Full-time, PermanentSchedule:- 8 hour shift- Day shiftSupplemental Pay:- 13th month salary- Overtime payAbility to commute/relocate:- Mandaue, Cebu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
