The Company has 2 main divisions. The first division contains our line of brands that deal with commercial and residential matting product, and manages brands such as Canada Mats, Coco Mats N More, Mat Supplier Group. The second division is our high end kids products from our mother brand Posh Baby and Kids and manages brands such as the Bentley Trike, McLaren Scooters, and Dwinguler Canada.

Customer Service Responsibilities list: Manage/respond to incoming chats, emails and phone calls. Promote additional products and services. Process orders. Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction. Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication. Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools. Meet personal/customer service team targets and quotas. Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives in a timely manner; follow up to ensure resolution. Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents. Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies. Going the "extra mile" to make a customer happy. Requirements and skills: Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative. Track personal accomplishments with customers and ask for public feedback. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
*Must have experience in creating UPS and FedEx shipping labels Familiarity with CRM systems and practices. Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters. Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively. Previous experience with Shopify stores is an asset.
