Customer Service Representative

As a Customer Service Representative, you will handle customer inquiries via phone, chat and email. We are looking for someone who is willing to learn, flexible, open minded (since this is a start up company) and has customer service experience. You should be willing to work in shifting schedules and 6 days a week. Since this is also a start up, the salary will be monthly (every 15th) but eventually will be moved to every 15th and 30th.

Graduate of any 4 year course (Highschool graduate is accepted as long as you have the skills and work experience)
Good Communication Skills
Fluent in English
Willing to learn and a fast learner
Team player
Has customer service experience or sales experience
Loves challenge
Can do shifting schedule every month and work 5 days a week
E-commerce experience is a plus but not necessary
