Job Responsibilities:
• Managing inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner;
• Identifying customers' needs, clarify information, research every issue and
providing solutions and/or alternatives;
• Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra
mile;
• Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets.
Job Requirements:
• Previous experience in a customer support role (at least 1 year experience). NO prior work experience are welcome to apply;
• Track record of over-achieving quota;
• Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening;
• Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types;
• Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively;
• College degree;
• Willing to work on graveyard and weekend shift.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php18,000.00 up
