Customer Service Representative

Job Description:SM Investments Corporation is seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative to join our team in Davao City, PH. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and assisting them with any inquiries or concerns they may have.

Responsibilities:- Answering incoming calls and responding to emails from customers in a professional manner- Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and efficient manner- Providing product information and assistance with placing orders- Processing returns and exchanges- Maintaining accurate customer records and information- Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements:- Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field- Hardworking and resourceful personality traits- Strong time management and decision-making skills- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software- High school diploma or equivalent
