Associate - APAC Recruitment and Delivery @ Lancesoft | HR, IT/Non-IT Recruitment Accounting Assistant || Manila || Onsite Job Role & Responsibilities a. Timely preparation of Check Voucher (CV) and Cheque to meet supplier terms of payment
b. Deposit check payment to keep supplier's account updated.
c. Timely recording of AR/OR and CR
d. Timely preparation of BIR Form 2307 as necessary
e. Regular filing and accounting of CV and supporting documents after release
f. Any Accounting Bachelor's Degree graduate or equivalent programs
g. Computer literate and familiar with Word & Excel.
h. Good analytical ability.
