Maintains customer records by updating account information.
Prepares product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.
Collaborate with customer service process improvement.
Qualifications:
Excellent both in written and oral communication
Able to build a harmonious relationship with customers and clients
Preferably with email or chat support experience
Highly organized and keen on details
Adept in technology
BPO experience preferred
