Job Responsibilities:Collect Insurance details and edit patient details in softwareValidate information available to ensure data is accurate in the systemExplain billing related queries to the patient specific to the statement received by the patientExplain the billing cycle process to the patients and the break-up on outstanding patient balance. Develop and implement plans for continuous education across SQ function in the location.To set up payment plan/Budget plan and explain the same to the patientFollow-up with Patient on any return statements due to incorrect/bad addressObtain details of Payment (Credit Card/Check) from patient and post the payments to respective accounts/Dates of serviceRelevant experience in Healthcare process for atleast 1 year
