Job Description:
Manage all flows of outbound and inbound client requests and issues via email, chat, and phone; Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve resolution; Triage tickets to the appropriate internal departments and work with them to resolve the issues; Work with teams (i.e.Sales, Operations, Compliance, Security), escalating issues and collaborating with appropriate parties to establish a protocol on new processes; Promptly respond to customer queries via the online chat portal and hit minimum expected client satisfaction scores based on feedback from chat users; Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment so that company efficiency and productivity standards are met; perform tasks accurately; organize work to meet daily, weekly, and monthly deadlines; Identifies underlying issues and root causes of problems and collaborates with others to define problems and desired outcomes; Expresses disagreement tactfully and with sensitivity and maintains composure under stress and pressure; Proactively look for ways to improve internal processes; Minimum Qualifications:
Excellent English Communication Skills; Completed at least 2 years in college; Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply; Knowledge of sales and up-selling techniques (e.g. overcoming objections, closing sales, suggestive selling); Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Windows and Outlook; Strong client orientation skills; Willing to work in BGC Taguig City;
