Job Descriptions
Provides high-quality customer service to customers to ensure smooth flow of inquiries and complaints.
Prior experience handling numerous customer tickets in a fast-paced environment.
Give constant direction to new starters within the team and ensuring that all customer inquiries are rightfully attended to on time and in the best way possible.
Be the bridge in between MetroMart shoppers and customers by responding to and promptly resolve customer complaints.

Job Qualifications
Interpersonal skills
Strong communication skills, verbal and written
Careful listening and attention to details
Ability to quickly analyze and solve problem

Schedule:
8 hour shift

Experience:
customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
