**Duties & Responsibilities**:- Answer inbound calls from stores and customers regarding all facets of Client Credit Card(s);- Resolve credit inquiries on new accounts;- Make use of problem solving/decision making skills to achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction;- Utilize professional techniques to generate additional revenue via retail, credit, and/or product marketing;- Comply with over-all call quality standards;- Adhere to Schedule and Time on System, follow Company Rules and Policies, especially on Time and Attendance.**Qualifications**:- Minimum Educational Attainment completed 2 years in College - consolidated; as reflected in their school that they completed and labeled as incoming 3rd year or/ 2-year associate degree graduate or/ bachelor's degree holder.- Has wired internet connection of **at least 25 MBPS, preferably 50 MBPS plan.**:- Has excellent communication skills.- Amenable to work onsite at Alabang, Muntinlupa City- **Should be fully vaccinated with any COVID19 Vaccine**:- Professional Phone etiquettes and ability to work with a Team- Should be Customer Service Centric and with effective Relationship Building skills, demonstrates affinity for building and maintaining rapport with client and customers- Must have knowledge on basic Computers skills.**Job Type**: TemporaryContract length: 6 months**Salary**: Php16,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per monthSchedule:- 8 hour shift- Flexible shiftSupplemental Pay:- 13th month salary- Overtime payAbility to commute/relocate:- Muntinlupa City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Education**:- Bachelor's (required)**Experience**:- Customer Service Representative: 1 year (required)**Language**:- English (required)
