_**Permanent Work-from-home/Full-time**_We're looking for experienced and dependable outbound customer support representatives that will tasked to make calls to provide reminders for due payables. Experience in collections and credit are preferable.**Responsibilities**:- Make a minimum of client calls daily.- Reduce the aged receivables for your portfolio.- Work with sales and clients on issues such as pricing discrepancies, claims issues, and client questions.- Run daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management.- Assist team members with their portfolio as needed.- Determine accounts that are uncollectible, recommending they be placed with an outside collection agency.- Process customers credit card and e-check payments**Requirements**:- High level of customer service skills- Problem solving and analytical skills- Effective time management and organizational skills- Great communication skills (written and verbal)- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.- Proficient in MS Word and Excel.- Collections experience preferred.- Work Schedule: Mon-Fri, 8pm-5am (PH Time)_**Salary**: Php22,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Pay raise- Work from homeSchedule:- 8 hour shift- Monday to Friday- Night shiftSupplemental pay types:- Overtime pay- Performance bonus- Yearly bonus**Experience**:- Customer support: 2 years (preferred)- collections: 1 year (preferred)- Accounts receivable: 1 year (preferred)**Language**:- English (preferred)
