Customer Service Representative (Bacolod)

You are responsible for establishing, retaining, and deepening customer relationships by performing efficient and accurate banking transactions; and opening and closing accounts in support of Bank goals and objectives.Duties/Responsibilities:Answering incoming calls from customers Addressing client questions or demandsGuaranteeing that consumer demands are handled properly and effectivelyDeveloping, organizing, and maintaining accurate files Providing high-quality service in a pleasant, competent, and professional mannerQualifications:• At least 18 years old• Senior High School Graduate or at least 2 years completed college • Excellent Communication skills• Must be residing within Makati• Required with at least 6 months of call center experience• Can accept College Graduate with no call center experience but not preferred• Amenable to Work Onsite• Willing to work in Graveyard shift
