Job Description Max Profit Solutions is seeking dedicated and energetic people to take inbound phone calls for billing and product related questions.

Qualifications

Requirements:

* at least a High School Graduate / Senior High School Graduate
* Filipino citizen or hold relevant status
* Above average verbal and written English communication skills
* Willing to work on graveyard shifts, weekend shifts and/or holidays.
* Willing to WORK FROM HOME (TEMPORARY only)
* knowledgeable in computer applications (MS Office)
* typing speed at least 25 wpm
* willing to work in Marikina City(once Enhance Community Quarantine is lifted)
* Willing to be trained (ONLINE while ECQ is still imposed) and has a positive outlook in life
* Has a desktop / laptop for online training or work from home (TEMPORARY).
* Has a good headset / earphones
* Has high-speed and stable internet connection (at least 20mbps)
* of legal age to work

Application is from Mondays - Fridays 9am - 4pm
