Job description For Customer OperatorResponsibilities:Assist customers in resolving issues encountered on the website.Address and troubleshoot customer inquiries related to deposits and withdrawals.Introduce and explain promotional activities on the website.Maintain a positive attitude and calmly respond to customers' complaints.Qualities:Fearless and willing to take on challenges.Possess patience to carefully listen to customer problems and provide effective solutions.Warm and friendly, responding to customer concerns and needs with a positive attitude.Exhibit high resilience to pressure, maintaining composure in various emergencysituations.5.
