As a Customer Service Officer at Smart Communications, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer support to our clients through various communication channels. This position is remote and part-time, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home in Davao City, Davao, PH.
Responsibilities:1. Respond to customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner.2. Resolve customer complaints and concerns with a focus on customer satisfaction.3. Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.5. Identify trends in customer feedback and suggest improvements to enhance the overall customer service process.6. Requirements:1. 2 years of experience in a customer service role.2. Confident and hardworking personality traits.3. Strong project management skills.4. High school diploma or equivalent.
