Customer Service Officer - Remote Work

As a Customer Service Officer at Smart Communications, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer support to our clients through various communication channels. This position is remote and part-time, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home in Davao City, Davao, PH.

Responsibilities:1. Respond to customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner.2. Resolve customer complaints and concerns with a focus on customer satisfaction.3. Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.5. Identify trends in customer feedback and suggest improvements to enhance the overall customer service process.6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to better assist customers.7. Provide feedback to management on ways to improve customer service procedures.

Requirements:1. 2 years of experience in a customer service role.2. Confident and hardworking personality traits.3. Strong project management skills.4. Ability to think innovatively and solve problems creatively.5. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.6. Proficiency in using customer service software and tools.7. High school diploma or equivalent.
