Job Description:

PLDT, a leading telecommunications and digital services provider in the Philippines, is seeking a part-time Customer Service Manager to join our team. This remote work position is based in Davao City, Davao, PH and is ideal for individuals with 7 years of experience in customer service management roles at a mid-to-senior level.

Responsibilities:1. Manage a team of remote customer service representatives to ensure exceptional service delivery.2. Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention.3. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports to senior management.4. Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and empathy.5. Train and onboard new team members to ensure they are equipped to deliver quality service.6. Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and enhance overall customer experience.7. Stay current on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve service delivery.

Requirements:1. 7 years of experience in customer service management roles.2. Motivated and dedicated personality traits to drive team performance.3. Strong communication and negotiation skills to effectively resolve issues and build relationships.4. Innovative thinking to identify opportunities for improvement and implement creative solutions.5. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding customer service goals.6. Ability to work independently in a remote setting while maintaining high productivity.7. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
