Customer Service Intern

Job Description: Support inquiries management activities by responding to inquiries via various channels (email, chat), striving to meet or exceed daily response targets Provide accurate and helpful information to students, addressing their questions, concerns, and issues effectively Assist in maintaining an up-to-date database of frequently asked questions (FAQs) and support materials for quick reference and accurate responses Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless resolution of students' concerns Listen to customer feedback and suggest areas for improvement Requirements:
Currently enrolled in A university and taking up his/her practicum class Preferably a Computer Science or Information Technology Student. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Shows initiative, independent, learner Likes challenges and gets things done
