JOB QUALIFICATIONS
• One year of college OR minimum of one (1) year work experience in customer service (any industry) is required
• Good communication skills
• Can work under minimum supervision
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, extended hours and holidays
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Prepare and consolidate financial reports to be used by PEZA as basis for decision making in the company’s distribution margin, financial statements schedules, bank reconciliation, financial highlights and recruitment cost accurately and in a timely manner.
• Reconcile account balances to determine unrecorded transactions for the month and estimate expenses to be incurred as needed in the Financial Highlights Report.
• Coordinate with support groups to accommodate employee and trainee needs and resolve General Accounting related concerns.
• File taxes to Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) in a timely manner to meet government reportorial requirements.
• Ensure that journal entries and related transactions are recorded and reported in the monthly financial statements.
• Perform ad hoc tasks to support departmental needs and functions.
