Job Description:

We are looking for a Customer Service Associate to join our team at San Miguel Brewery Inc. This position will be a remote work opportunity based in Quezon City, NCR, Philippines. As an Entry Level role, no prior experience is required, making it an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to kickstart their career in customer service.

Responsibilities:- Handling customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and courteous manner- Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and efficient manner- Providing product information and assistance to customers- Escalating complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions- Following up with customers to ensure their satisfaction with our services

Requirements:- Independent and resourceful individual who can work effectively in a remote environment- Strong leadership skills and the ability to communicate clearly and effectively- High school diploma or equivalent required- Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office suite- Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong customer service orientation
