Job Description The Customer Service Associate will assist the trainers who need help through IM or e-mail as prescribed by the documented processes and/or with the TL's guidance. He/She will also assist Learning Consultants, and learners worldwide.

JOB ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITY

Main Responsibilities (Key Result Areas):

* Working on the assigned tasks (by the Helpdesk Team Leader or QA) or processes
* Assisting trainers who need help through IM or E-mail as prescribed by the documented processes and/or with the TL's guidance.
* Providing assistance to Customer Relationship Managers (in Europe and Asia)
* Filling out forms necessary to complete the process
* Updating individual piloting tools for time tracking purposes
* Attending training given by HD QA
* Being professional in handling department clients

Other responsibilities:

* Attending meetings if necessary
* Other tasks assigned by manager or Team Leader

Minimum Qualifications:

* Must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any field;
* Must be proficient in MS Office, Google Docs and Open Office;
* Must be Internet savvy;
* Must have good English communication skills (verbal and written);
* Must be responsible, disciplined, and highly organized;
* Must be able to handle stress well and work efficiently under pressure;
* Must have the ability to type fast;
* Has good customer service skills;
* Ability to multi-task is a plus;
* Must be willing to work on weekends and on holiday (graveyard shift);
* Must be willing to work in Eastwood City, QC;
* Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply;
