Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and organized Customer Service Assistant to join our team at Century Pacific Food, Inc. This is a part-time position that allows you to work from home in Cebu, Central Visayas, Philippines. As an Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients.
Responsibilities:1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.2. Provide product information, pricing, and availability to customers.3. Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately in our system.4. Address customer complaints and resolve issues effectively.5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.6. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.7. Assist with special projects and ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
Requirements:1. Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience.2. Hardworking and resourceful attitude.3. Strong persuasion and analysis skills.4. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.6. High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
