Customer Service Assistant

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE• Completed a course in business, or marketing, or any related field.• Prior experience in customer service or related functions is an advantage. Experience in logistics, forwarding or warehousing environment is also preferred.• Proficient in MS Office programs and Google suite. Social media management experience is a plus.• With strong critical thinking, communication and interpersonal skills. Proactive and can work independently.TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES• Handle customer service inquiries about the company's services, provide basic cost estimates, shipment status updates, etc.• Coordinate with sales and logistics operations to ensure that customer service concerns are addressed properly.• Develop and sustain relationships with clients and other related logistics providers.• Assist with administrative and accounting activities when necessary.EMPLOYER QUESTIONSYour application will include the following questions:1.
