You might be asking yourself, “Do I have what it takes to excel?” We think you do. Typically, to qualify as a Sales Associate, you need to have:
• Completed at least 2 years of college or senior high school
• At least 1 year sales experience in any industry and 6 months experience in the BPO setting
• Excellent English communication skills
• Strong familiarity with the internet and MS Office applications
What you might be doing on a typical day:
• Receive customer concerns over the phone, email and/or chat
• Process inbound sales calls to create a positive experience for customers to generate sales
• Ultimately, you will provide excellent service that keeps the customer coming back, keeping in mind that every point of customer contact is a potential sale
