Customer Relations Officer

Duties of the Customer Relations /Sales Associate includes: Assisting the sales/marketing manager and supporting the sales team with marketing activities.
Assisting with the production of marketing materials and literature.
Coordinating the production of a wide range of marketing communications
Represents the company in all dealing with the clients. This includes meetings or phone conversations for inquiries regarding unit purchase, unit modifications, upgrades and changes, complaints and other communications with regards to the company.
Assist with the collation of information for promotional literature.
Writing articles and promotional material for the company.
Preparing interesting written copy for the website.
Uploading marketing material to online libraries, internet groups and social media sites.
Updating and maintaining the marketing department's documentation and databases.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, Economics, Marketing, Property Development/Real Estate Management or equivalent.
At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Sales - Corporate or equivalent.
