Also assists in identifying opportunities for improvements to improve the experience of the customers on our mobile and web platforms and ensuring that their interactions with PDAX are positive.You will:- Implement projects and initiatives to improve the customer experience across various touchpoints within the customer journey.- Work with various teams in executing projects and initiatives that improve overall processes that impact customer experience, keeping in mind the ideal customer journey in its execution.- Help define the ideal customer experience and customer journey.- Conduct customer journey mapping sessions.- Work with various teams and sources of data in identifying and improving processes and KPIs that impact customer experience.- Review the UI of PDAX platforms and assess if the user experience is optimal to help identify improvements and ensure that these are in line with the ideal customer journey and experience.- Act as the customer champion, and always considering their perspective when engaging in various improvement projects and initiatives.**Qualifications**:- College graduate with a preference for Business, Finance, Economics Degrees.- At least 5 years of experience in functions that impact customer experience.- Preference for experience in fintech, e-commerce, or financial institutions.- Strong experience in data analytics.- Experience implementing transformation programs to improve customer experience.- Preference for those with interest in digital assets / blockchain.**Nice to have**:- Willingness to work in a startup environment.- Eagerness to learn new skills and grow professionally and personally.- Enthusiasm for trading stocks, ForEx, cryptocurrencies.- Interest in blockchain and cryptocurrencies.- Experience working with a global, distributed team.- Entrepreneurial spirit - you're not here to just execute, challenge us and inspire us and make this your company too!**Our Culture**:- ** We do the right thing**.** In all dealings, we act with integrity, diligence, and in good faith.- ** We think about the customer.** We solve problems for our users.- ** We love crypto.** We are passionate about cryptocurrency, financial markets, and how technology is changing lives.- ** We strive for excellence.** We love challenges; we raise the bar in everything: our products, services, processes, and people.- ** We focus on the mission.** We take ownership.
