Handling all inbound calls pertaining to customer general enquiries, complaints, comments, feedbacks and other raising issue related to the company's products- Exceeding customer expectation in terms of customer service & accurate information.- Addressing queries, complaints, and recommendations furnished by customers.- Deferring to management in instances of uncertainty.- Proficient in speaking English- Have a minimum of 2 years experience in Customer Service in a BPO setting- Have a Bachelors Degree in preferably Nursing, Psychology, Mass Communications or Education- Be native FilipinosPay: Php20,000.00 - Php26,000.00 per monthAbility to commute/relocate:- Pasay: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)Application Question(s):- What is your nationality?- What is your current salary?- When are you available to start?- For this position you will be working under EXL Services Company and in MOA Bay city, Pasay.
