Customer Care Systems Analyst - 005P1K The Customer Care Systems Analyst will be responsible for the following:

· Provide support to the Procurement and Global Supply Chain organization in order to design and implement projects, tools and methods which will improve the function’s efficiency and increase its contribution to Schneider’s business performance. This includes providing support in the design, implementation and run phase of Tools and Automations, as well as ensuring their availability.

· Responsible for supporting global and multi-location users, directly through several channels, or via the animation of a key users network.

Responsible for achieving the required Service level agreements for the tools/automations supported.

Be Being an active participant/contributor to LEAN Office, which includes contributing to Root Cause Analysis and Action Item implementation for improving efficiencies in the workplace.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree: Preferably Mathematics, Engineering or IT related courses.

Knowledge & Experience on supporting end user of BI and analysis, with visual reporting.

Knowledge and experience in programming/data-science languages like Phyton, R, etc… is a clear plus.

Knowledge of Robotics Process Automation and Machine learning, experience in RPA/Machine learning preferred.

Past experience in a Supply Chain domain as: planning, material management, logistic, inventory management, etc is an advantage.

Knowledge and experience in programming/data-science languages like UIPath, Phyton, R, etc is an advantage.

Customer Care/Service desk support experience an advantage.

Must be good and fluent in both oral and written communication skills

Must be amenable to work in Rosario, Cavite.
