Details of the offer

Job Description
Receive inbound calls / messages (via live chat, FB Messenger, Viber, and other media) from the company's customers and respond to the customers' inquiries, concerns, and requests about the company's products and services
Redirect concerns to and coordinate with the appropriate departments to ensure proper escalation and resolution of the customers' concerns
Ensure proper documentation and tracking of customers' concerns through the use of the company's CRM system
Proactively identify and escalate areas for process / policy improvements to management and other appropriate departments
From time to time, conduct outbound follow-up calls for:
Call-backs for customer service concern resolution
Follow-thru with interested prospects to have their loan applications processed
Minimum Qualifications
Graduate of 4 year degree course
Preferably with at least 1 year working experience but fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Preferably with experience working for inbound / outbound customer service in a BPO / call center environment
Required languages: English, Filipino
Must have excellent communication skills - verbal, written, and comprehension
Must be willing to work in Murphy, Cubao, Quezon City
Must have a true passion for delighting customers with superior service
