Customer Care Senior Assistant

Job Description:
Obtain possible customer leads. Accomplish sales and organization mission by completing related results as needed. Follow up customer calls where necessary. Answer calls and respond to emails. Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities. Minimum Qualifications:
Customer service experience in any industry is okay. Previous technical background is a plus.
Average to advanced written and spoken English. Average to advanced knowledge in computer applications. Amenable to shifting schedules including night shifts.
Day shift is also available.
