Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and energetic Customer Care Representative to join our team at Booky in Davao City, Philippines. As an entry-level position, no prior experience is required, but a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment is essential.

Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media channels in a timely and professional manner- Resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and understanding- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers- Collaborate with other departments to escalate and resolve complex customer issues- Utilize project management skills to prioritize and handle multiple customer inquiries simultaneously- Identify opportunities for innovation in customer care processes and implement improvements- Maintain a positive and helpful attitude towards customers and colleagues at all times

Requirements:- High school diploma or equivalent- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations with grace- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes accurately- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Visa sponsorship available for qualified candidates- Employee discounts and dental insurance benefits provided
